At MH Sparrow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or stained.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size received
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by MH Sparrow.
- For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
